About Josh Shayne

Josh Shayne is a filmmaker, illustrator, designer and all-around nice human.

His film work has been featured on the Independent Film Channel (IFC) and in festivals nationwide. Since being graduated from New York University's Tisch School of the Arts in 2005, he has, in addition to other projects, written, directed and starred in the successful web comedy series Lowered Expectations, and been sent across the country by Stetson Hats to deliver an inaugural hat to President Barack Obama.

In 2007, Josh's extensive background in graphic design and illustration led him to found Josh Shayne Design -- a boutique design firm that has since worked with an impressive roster of clients including NBC Universal and Idealist.org.

Josh is currently based in New York City where he is writing and developing projects for film, print and web.
